NEWARK, N.J. – A member of a Jersey City gang associated with the Marion Gardens Housing Complex was sentenced today to 234 months in prison for racketeering, violent crimes in aid of racketeering, drug trafficking, and firearms offenses.

Robin Dwain Dunn, 69, of Rigby, was sentenced to 42 months in federal prison for his role in a drug trafficking conspiracy in Eastern Idaho.  Senior U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill also ordered Dunn to pay a $50,000 fine and to serve three years of supervised release following his prison sentence.

A Belton, Mo., man was sentenced in federal court today for leading a drug-trafficking conspiracy and for illegally possessing a firearm.

Fifteen more defendants have been indicted by a federal grand jury for their roles in a drug-trafficking conspiracy after law enforcement officers seized 100 pounds of methamphetamine and a kilogram of fentanyl pills hidden in a vehicle being transported from San Bernadino, Cal. to Springfield, Mo.

Genaro Davalos-Pulido has been sentenced for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute multiple kilograms of methamphetamine and for illegally possessing a firearm in furtherance of that drug trafficking offense.

Tampa, FL – United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Julio Deleon (38, Brownsville, TX) has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute controlled substances and possession with intent to distribute controlled substances. Deleon faces a minimum mandatory sentence of 5 years, up to 40 years, in federal prison. Deleon is scheduled to be sentenced on January 9, 2024.
