Ohio County Man Sentenced for Federal Firearms Offense 09/13/2024 08:00 AM EDT Mustafa A. Baker, age 55, of Wheeling, West Virginia, was sentenced to 30 months in prison for the unlawful possession of a firearm. According to court documents and statements made in court, Wheeling Police officers pulled over Baker's vehicle because of an outstanding warrant and found a loaded 9mm semiautomatic pistol and 10 rounds of ammunition.
