Tennessee Man Indicted on Federal Drug Charges 09/04/2024 08:00 AM EDT Kenneth Ray Frye, 51, of Kingsport, Tennessee, was indicted by a federal grand jury today on methamphetamine, cocaine, and fentanyl charges. Frye was charged with possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl. Inmate Charged with Assaulting Officers 09/04/2024 08:00 AM EDT Mark Randall Harken, 42, an inmate at Federal Correctional Institution Gilmer, was indicted by a grand jury today on four counts of assault of a correctional officer resulting in bodily injury. According to the indictment, Harken injured four correctional officers during an altercation, causing injuries.
