Smith announced today that Leroy Roebuck Jr., 37, of St. Croix, was sentenced by District Judge Wilma A. Lewis to 97 months incarceration, three years of supervised release, a fine of $2,000.00, and a $100.00 special assessment, following his guilty plea to Conspiracy to Possess a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute.
