This information has recently been updated, and is now available.   Former Farm Foreman Sentenced to Federal Prison for Extorting H-2A Agricultural Workers and Tax Fraud 09/19/2024 08:00 AM EDT Ernesto Garza, 62, of Alamo, Texas, was sentenced to 27 months in federal prison for extorting H-2A agricultural workers and filing a false tax return, U.S. Attorney Josh Hurwit announced today.  U.S. District Judge Amanda K.
