New Britain Man Sentenced to Prison for Firearm Offense Stemming from Ghost Gun Investigation 09/17/2024 08:00 AM EDT BRIAN McMANUS, 55, of New Britain, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Stefan R. Underhill in Bridgeport to 24 months of imprisonment, followed by two years of supervised release, for a firearm offense. Connecticut Investment Advisor Imprisoned for Defrauding Clients of $2.7 Million Through Cherry-Picking Scheme 09/17/2024 08:00 AM EDT JONATHAN VINCENT GLENN, 55, of Greenwich, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Robert N. Chatigny in Hartford to 21 months of imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release, for defrauding investment clients through a "cherry-picking" securities scheme.  Glenn also must serve the first six months of his supervised release in home confinement.
