LUIS PADILLA, 39, formerly of Waterbury, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer in New Haven to 12 months and one day of imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release, for escaping from a halfway house in Bloomfield.

QUINTEN McKOY, also known as "Quack," 33, of Bridgeport, pleaded guilty yesterday before U.S. District Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer in New Haven to unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
