Nasdaq Profile (SVRE): A Game-Changing Acquisition Makes A Case For Strong Revenue Growth Potential

September 6th

Greetings Readers,

Let me get to the point and quickly because lives are on the line!

Okay. That might be a little aggressive, but one little-known company believes they have an answer to help prevent the loss of life (among other things).

And those other things are no joke, either.

We're talking about an answer to something that cost American society over $300Bn in 2019, which is probably a low figure by today's standards.

After a recent transaction representing a significant opp. for future revenue growth, as well as potential for new customer acquisition, this Nasdaq tech profile may be on the verge of grabbing Wall Street's attention quickly.

But that's not all...

This profile is on immediate bounce/healthy reversal watch.

At 1:00PM EST Thursday, multiple technical indicators were hovering in oversold territory even after a solid green run earlier in the day.

With a 9-Day and 14-Day Relative Strength Index both below 30%, this Nasdaq profile will need to be monitored closely for reversal potential near term.

With the company riding a wave of positive news
announcements throughout 2024
, and an analyst target suggesting over 150% potential upside from current levels (as of 1:00PM EST Thursday), timing could be critical to get this Nasdaq breakout idea on your radar quickly.

Drop what you're doing and pull up:

*SaverOne 2014 Ltd. (Nasdaq: SVRE)*

SaverOne is a technology company engaged in the design, development and commercialization of OEM and aftermarket solutions and technologies, to lower the risk of, and prevent, vehicle accidents.

SaverOne's initial line of products is a suite of solutions that saves lives by preventing car accidents resulting from distraction from the use of mobile phones while driving. SaverOne is also developing a sensor system for early location and direction detection under all visibility conditions of vulnerable road users (VRU) through their cell phone footprint.

And based on multiple potential catalysts, SVRE requires full focus this very second. Take a quick look:

No. 1 - A Game-Changing Acquisition Announced Less Than 2 Weeks Ago Has Flown Under The Radar.

No. 2 - An Analyst $.52 Target Points To Over Triple Digit Potential Upside From Current Levels.

As mentioned above, SVRE has multiple potential breakout catalysts to start soaking in quickly. Check these out:

No. 1 SVRE Potential Catalyst - A Game-Changing Acquisition Announced Less Than 2 Weeks Ago Has Flown Under The Radar.

SaverOne Announces Strategic Acquisition of Micronet's Generation-3 Camera IP

Expands SaverOne's product line with potential for future revenue growth

Petah Tikvah, Israel, Aug. 27, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SaverOne 2014 Ltd. (Nasdaq: SVRE, TASE: SVRE), a technology company specializing in transportation safety solutions, today announced a strategic asset purchase agreement for Micronet Ltd.'s (TASE: MCRNT) Generation-3 camera products and intellectual property (IP). Micronet is a developer of advanced telematics systems, cameras, and Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS). This acquisition aligns with SaverOne's strategy to expand its portfolio of solutions and enhance its product offerings.

Under the terms of the agreement, SaverOne will acquire the intellectual property (IP) and inventory related to Micronet's Generation 3 camera at no upfront cost. The acquisition is structured as an earn-out agreement, with future royalty payments to Micronet contingent upon the sale of products incorporating the acquired camera technology.

"This acquisition of products and related IP is a new component of our ongoing strategy to broaden our product offerings and solutions for customers," commented Ori Gilboa, CEO of SaverOne. "We believe that we are acquiring a robust IP suite and next-generation cameras that complement our existing solution and supports our intention to create a unique combined product with both camera and cellular distraction prevention solution. This transaction represents a significant opp. for future revenue growth, as well as potential for new customer acquisition, particularly in the United States."

No. 2 SVRE Potential Catalyst - An Analyst $.52 Target Points To Over Triple Digit Potential Upside From Current Levels.

In an August 28th report from Zacks Small-Cap Research, analyst Brian Lantier suggested a SVRE target of $.52.

From current levels (1:00PM EST Thursday), this target provides a potential upside of over 140%!

Take a look at some critical details from the report:

NHTSA EMERGENCY BRAKING GUIDELINES

In May 2024, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) announced a series of new requirements for all new vehicles to be sold in the US designed to reduce the risk to pedestrians and vehicle occupants. By 2029 all new vehicles sold in the US will be required to have automatic emergency braking to avoid both rear-end collisions and pedestrians. This is an oversimplification of the rules but it speaks to the fact that around the globe there is a push to protect all road users with tools such as automatic emergency braking.

While SaverOne's driver distraction prevention solution would not necessarily help manufacturers meet this goal, we do think that the company's vulnerable road user (VRU) tool could fit within a suite of advanced driver assistance systems. A critical part of protecting people that are outside of a traditional vehicle (cyclists, pedestrians, etc.,) is to identify these people, their direction and speed of travel relative to the vehicle approaching them.

As we've discussed before, the existing suite of tools – cameras, radar, and LiDAR – do an adequate job of identifying vulnerable road users when the vehicle has a direct line of sight to the person on the road, but when that line of sight is interrupted by a building, parked car or other object, automatic emergency braking tools struggle to recognize these people in time to prevent an accident.

SaverOne's vision for its VRU solution – using the RF signal of a cell phone of the pedestrian or cyclist to identify their position and direction of travel – is a unique approach and could be complementary to existing tools. While the SaverOne VRU solution is likely years from commercialization and will require Mn's of doll-ars in capital to bring it to market, we believe that the requirement to have a complete emergency braking system in vehicles in 2029 will speed in-vest-ment into new solutions like the SaverOne VRU solution.

(Nasdaq: SVRE, TASE: SVRE), a technology company that develops and sells transportation safety solutions, today announced that it has entered into an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreement with Volvo Bus Corporation, a subsidiary of the global automotive giant, Volvo Group.

The agreement covers Volvo buses in the Mexican coach-bus market, a market in which Volvo has leadership with approximately 50% market share of new coach-bus vehicle sales.

...

No. 5 SVRE Potential Catalyst - Are Oversold Leaning Technicals Suggesting A Possible Reversal/Bounce Is Around The Corner?

At 1:00PM EST Thursday, Barchart was reporting multiple oversold technical indicators for SVRE.

These technicals could be signaling a healthy reversal is approaching in the near term.

Here's the definition of a "reversal" from Investopedia:

"A reversal is a change in the price direction of an asset. A reversal can occur to the upside or downside. Following an uptrend, a reversal would be to the downside. Following a downtrend, a reversal would be to the upside. Reversals are based on overall price direction and are not typically based on one or two periods/bars on a chart."

Here's the technicals to pay close attention to (as of 1:00PM EST Thursday):

  • 9-Day Relative Strength Index: 27.22%
  • 14-Day Relative Strength Index: 28.39%

When these numbers drop down to the 30% range and lower, they can be viewed as being in oversold territory. While in this territory, they can paint the picture of a profile that is undervalued.

  • 14-Day Raw Stochastic: 18.84%
  • 14-Day Williams %R: 81.16%

As the Raw Stochastic nears the 10% range and lower and the Williams %R nears the 90% range or higher, these technical indicators may also be viewed as oversold and undervalued.

Keep an eye on these technicals closely.
