August Federal Grand Jury 2023-B Indictments Announced 08/22/2024 08:00 AM EDT United States Attorney Clint Johnson today announced the results of the August Federal Grand Jury 2023-B Indictments. Federal Jury Convicts Prior Felon for Distributing Meth and Possessing a Firearm 08/22/2024 08:00 AM EDT After a three-day trial, a federal jury convicted Lee Holt, 60, of Collinsville. The jury found Holt guilty of being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition; Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute after previously being convicted of a serious drug felony; Maintaining a Drug-Involved Premises; and Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of Drug Trafficking Crimes.
