Tulsa Man Sentenced After Second Assault on Same Victim 08/21/2024 08:00 AM EDT Today, U.S. District Judge Sara E. Hill sentenced Victor Manuel Vallejo-Rivera, 34, for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon with Intent to do Bodily Harm in Indian Country. Judge Hill ordered Vallejo-Rivera to 84 months imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release.
