Anderson, age 63, of Morgantown, West Virginia, has admitted to filing a false tax return, according to United States Attorney William Ihlenfeld. According to court documents, Anderson, a physician, filed false tax returns that understated his taxable income, causing a loss to the IRS of $143,599.
