Register for OVC’s FY 2025 Tribal Consultation on October 23-24, 2024

Dear Tribal Subscribers:

The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) invites Tribal Leaders to join us for a virtual Tribal Consultation on the Tribal Set-Aside from the Crime Victims Fund for Fiscal Year 2025 on October 23–24, 2024, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. eastern time each day. The purpose of the consultation is to solicit recommendations about OVC's administration of the Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside.

OVC will accept testimony from elected or appointed leaders of federally recognized Tribes or their authorized designees. OVC has issued an informational framing paper with relevant background information and questions for participants to review. Tribal leaders may also submit written testimony by November 25, 2024, by emailing it to ovctribalsetaside@usdoj.gov  with the subject line "FY 2025 Tribal Set-Aside Consultation Testimony."
