Tampa Man Sentenced To 20 Years In Prison For Distributing Cocaine And Possessing Firearms 08/29/2024 08:00 AM EDT Tampa, Florida – U.S. District Judge Steven Merryday has sentenced Lennard Rashard Monroe (32, Tampa) to 20 years in federal prison for possessing cocaine with the intent to distribute it and possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. Monroe's co-conspirator, Justin Latrun Farrior, was previously sentenced to 4 years and two months in federal prison.
