Burlington Man Sentenced to 150 Months for Drug Charges 08/02/2024 08:00 AM EDT DAVENPORT, Iowa –A Burlington man was sentenced on July 30, 2024, to 150 months in federal prison for Distribution of 50 Grams or More of Methamphetamine. Tampa Man Sentenced On Firearm And Narcotics Charges 08/02/2024 08:00 AM EDT Tampa, Florida – U.S. District Judge Thomas P. Barber has sentenced Andre Pierrie (26, Tampa) to 8 years and 10 months in federal prison for being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. The court also ordered Pierrie to forfeit a Smith and Wesson Air Rite. 38 special revolver that was seized as part of this case.
