Ross announced today that Charles Porterfield, 37, of Springville, NY, who was convicted by a federal jury of production of child pornography and committing the offense as a registered sex offender, was sentenced to serve 420 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Richard J Arcara.   Buffalo man who threatened to blow up the VA sentenced 07/12/2024 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Demont Coston, 56, of Buffalo, NY, who was convicted of assault upon a federal employee, was sentenced to time served by U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael J. Romer.     Corning sex offender facing new child pornography charges 07/12/2024 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Ryan M. Newman, 33, of Corning, NY, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with production, distribution, receipt, and possession of child pornography.
