Ross announced today that the U.S. Attorney's Office has reached a settlement with the DelMonte Hotel Group to resolve allegations that a hotel in the group discriminated against an individual with a disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).     Rochester man pleads guilty to being a felon in possession of ammunition 07/09/2024 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Raymond G. Girard, 36, of Rochester, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Frank P.
