The latest U.S. Import and Export Price Indexes news release has been posted on the BLS website at https://www.bls.gov/news.release/pdf/ximpim.pdf and also archived at https://www.bls.gov/news.release/archives/ximpim_07162024.pdf. Highlights are below. U.S. import prices unchanged in June; export prices decline 0.5% 07/16/2024 Prices for U.S. imports were unchanged in June after a decrease of 0.2 percent the previous month. U.S. export prices fell 0.5 percent in June following a 0.7-percent decline in May. Over the past year, import prices increased 1.6 percent and export prices advanced 0.7 percent.
