Oklahoma Man Sentenced to Federal Prison for Sexually Exploiting a Child 07/12/2024 08:00 AM EDT Corning sex offender facing new child pornography charges 07/12/2024 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Ryan M. Newman, 33, of Corning, NY, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with production, distribution, receipt, and possession of child pornography. As a convicted sex offender at the time of the alleged crimes, Newman faces an enhanced minimum penalty of 25 years in prison, of maximum penalty of 50 years, and a $250,000 fine.   Registered sex offender going to prison for 35 years for production of child pornography 07/12/2024 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Trini E. The minor victim is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation. Handberg announces the arrest and filing of a criminal complaint charging William Ervin Daniels (45, Lake City) with distributing child sex abuse material. If convicted, Daniels faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 5, up to 20 years, in federal prison. Oahu Man Sentenced to 188 Months in Prison for Distributing Child Pornography 07/11/2024 08:00 AM EDT HONOLULU – Casey Young, 4o, of Kaneohe, Hawaii was sentenced on July 10, 2024, by Senior United States District Judge Helen Gillmor to 188 months in prison and a lifetime of supervised release as a registered sex offender for distributing child pornography. Young previously pleaded guilty in on December 14, 2023.
