Ross announced today that James White, 32, of Lockport, who was convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, heroin, fentanyl, and butyryl fentanyl, was sentenced to serve 84 months in prison by U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra, Jr.   Niagara Falls man pleads guilty meth charge 07/26/2024 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Jevon Flynn, 30, of Niagara Falls, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. The charge carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison, a maximum of life, a fine of $10,000,000.     Fresno County Methamphetamine Dealer Sentenced 07/26/2024 08:00 AM EDT Ivan Sigmond, 47, of Clovis, was sentenced today to 11 years in prison for possessing with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
