Sippel sentenced Nicholas Ryan Garrison, 25, of Tulsa, to 27 months imprisonment for Second Degree Burglary in Indian Country. Upon release, Judge Sippel further ordered Garrison to 3 years of supervised release and to pay $298,771.90 in restitution.
