Rochester man sentenced for making a false statement involving sunken vessel 06/05/2024 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Vyacheslav S. Migitskiy, 34, a Ukrainian national living in Rochester, NY, who was convicted of making a materially false statement, was sentenced to time served, and ordered to pay $15,442 in restitution by U.S. District Judge Frank P.
