Brodie, 37, of LeRoy, NY, pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography following a previous conviction for possession of child pornography, before U.S. District Judge Charles J. Siragusa. The charge carries a minimum penalty of 10 years in prison, a maximum of 20 years, and a $250,000 fine.   Jamestown woman going to prison for selling meth 06/24/2024 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Tracey Wynn, 42, of Jamestown, NY, who was convicted of conspiring to possess with intent to distribute, and distributing, 500 grams or more of methamphetamine, was sentenced to serve 24 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.   Rochester man sentenced for his role in stolen check scheme involving hundreds of victims 06/24/2024 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Shydequan C. Wynn, 31, of Rochester, NY, who was convicted of financial institution fraud, was sentenced to serve 18 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Charles J.
