Update on Evergreen Release 3 Rollout

To: All Evergreen Users

Evergreen Update:

We are pleased to announce the rollout of the new "Evergreen Ticket System". Evergreen users may submit any question/issue, under the corresponding category, and a ticket will be created and routed to the correct team within the Office of Aging and Disability Services for a response.

The form is located at Maine/DHHS/Office of Aging and Disability Services Evergreen Ticket System. Please be sure to submit one entry per question/issue, so that the entry can be routed to the appropriate team for the most efficient response.  

PLEASE NOTE: This new Evergreen Ticket System is meant to be our focal point for handling Evergreen issues and questions.  There will be no need to duplicate your question/issue by also sending a direct email.

Common Questions/Issues:

Q: Why doesn't my person have an "Active" Person Centered Plan (PCP)? 

A: There are several reasons why a person may not have an "Active" PCP. We have created an informational sheet, which is attached to this email and available in the Evergreen Help Center, to explain these scenarios.

Recurring Meeting Series:

The recurring series have been combined into a single meeting to be held every other week on Tuesdays at 8:00am, beginning next week, on June 18th.

Participation in this new single meeting series is open to all Evergreen Users and will focus on providing answers to common questions/issues, as well as an update on the fixes deployed to Evergreen on the Friday preceding each meeting.
