District Man Indicted on First Degree Murder and Other Charges for a Shooting Rampage on WMATA System 11/01/2023 08:00 AM EDT Isaiah Trotman, 32 of Washington, D.C., was indicted on October 25, 2023, on 52 charges, including first degree murder while armed, for a fatal shooting rampage on February 1, 2023, that claimed the life of 63-year old Robert Cunningham and left two other people injured, at and inside the Potomac Avenue Metro Station, announced U.S. Attorney Matthew M. Graves and Acting Chief Pamela Smith, of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).
