Jamestown man arrested, charged by criminal complaint with drug and gun charges 10/27/2023 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Samuel L. Arrington, III, 41, of Jamestown, NY, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with possession with intent to distribute heroin and fentanyl, and possession of firearms in furtherance of drug trafficking crimes.
