Lehigh Acres Man Pleads Guilty To Possessing A Firearm During Drug Transaction 09/14/2023 08:00 AM EDT Fort Myers, Florida – United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Mar'tavious Martel Brown (25, Lehigh Acres) today pleaded guilty to possessing a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime. Brown faces a minimum mandatory penalty of five years, up to life, in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been set.
