Scott will be joined by representatives from Baltimore City Information & Technology (BCIT), BCIT's Office of Broadband & Digital Equity (BDE), grantees, and community members at a ceremony to honor 22 inaugural grant recipients of the Digital Equity Fund. Approximately $1M in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds will support initiatives providing digital resources and digital literacy in underserved communities in Baltimore. Mayor Brandon M.
