View Online IMMEDIATE RELEASE Media Roundtable: Military Service Academies On-Site Installation Evaluations (MSA OSIE) Today Aug. 17, 2023 Ms. Elizabeth Foster, Executive Director of the Office of Force Resiliency for the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (USD(P&R)), and Response Office (SAPRO), and Dr. Andra Tharp, the senior prevention advisor for the department's Office of Force Resiliency and SAPRO will hold an off-camera, on-the-record media roundtable today, August 17, 2023, at 12 p.m. EDT. The officials will discuss the MSA OSIE Report that summarizes findings and recommendations to foster healthier climates and enhance prevention efforts at the MSAs, directed by Secretary Austin.
