The latest Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey news release has been posted on the BLS website at https://www.bls.gov/news.release/pdf/jolts.pdf and also archived at https://www.bls.gov/news.release/archives/jolts_08292023.pdf. Highlights are below. Job openings edge down in July; quits decrease 08/29/2023 The number of job openings edged down to 8.8 million on the last business day of July.
