Man Who Predicted Housing Crash Issues Single-Word Warning

The Worst Is Still to Come

Dear Loyal Reader,

"Sell."

That's the word Michael Burry used yesterday.

Like me, Burry has been skeptical of this recent rally.

Burry, of course, is the man who predicted the housing crisis and used it to short the market, making $800 million.

Then, as he does now, he saw cracks throughout the system.

So do I.

The Federal Reserve has no intention of lowering rates. And it may take years for inflation to get back to 2% (if it ever does).

And the gap between consumer savings and consumer debt is the widest it's been in 20 years.

When these cracks start showing up in companies' financial statements … the carnage will be real.

Already, Microsoft is warning that growth will be stalled. Tesla is being forced to cut prices. Google is laying off 12,000 workers.

I can't promise you another crash will happen. But if it does … and you prepare correctly … you'll thank yourself later.

The good news is, this recent rally has lowered the entry price for the three trades I recommended. That means you'll stand to make even better returns than I said if the shakeout I'm predicting unfolds as I expect.

Now is not the time to go all-in on a comeback. Allocate a small portion of your portfolio to what I'm recommending. Get the full details here before it's too late.
