We passed key legislation, grew our economy, and elected Democrats nationwide in last month's midterm elections. None of this would have been possible without the support of this dedicated team. Here's a quick recap: Passed critical legislation such as the Inflation Reduction Act, the Respect for Marriage Act, the CHIPS and Science Act, and the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act; Protected our Senate majority (including flipping a Senate seat in Pennsylvania), won key gubernatorial races across the country, and flipped state legislatures nationwide; Created millions of jobs, lowered health care, energy, and everyday costs for workers and families, and helped grow the economy while tackling inflation; Saw President Biden appoint Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson -- the first Black female justice -- to the United States Supreme Court; And so much more! In 2023, there are important races up and down the ballot -- and there are no off-years at the DNC. Governors, state legislators, mayors, and local officials are up for election across the nation, and we need to ensure they can continue delivering for their communities.
