Ricky R. Johnson, of Masontown, West Virginia, was indicted today on a firearms charge, United States Attorney William Ihlenfeld announced. Johnson, 41, was indicted today on one count of "Unlawful Possession of a Firearm."

An inmate Federal Corrections Institution Hazelton in Bruceton Mills, West Virginia, is facing threat charges, United States Attorney William Ihlenfeld announced. Michael J. Carter, 37, was indicted today on 11 counts of "Transmitting Threatening Communication in Interstate Commerce."

An inmate at the Mount Olive Correctional Complex has been charged with threatening to kill a state judge and his family, United States Attorney William Ihlenfeld announced. Owen Mason Dornon, 22, was indicted today on seven counts of "Mailing Threatening Communications."

Arthur Woodrow Pritt, Jr., of Bridgeport, West Virginia, was indicted today on drug charges, United States Attorney William Ihlenfeld announced. Pritt, 46, was indicted today on two counts of "Distribution of Methamphetamine."

Courtney B. Sedler, of Clarksburg, West Virginia, was indicted today on threat charges, United States Attorney William Ihlenfeld announced. Sedler, 30, was indicted today on three counts of "Influencing Federal Officer by Threat."
