Bay Minette Man Sentenced to 151 Months for Child Pornography Offenses 10/07/2022 12:00 AM EDT Billy Tyler, 47, of Bay Minette, AL, was sentenced to one hundred and fifty-one months in prison for distribution of child pornography. Tyler entered a guilty plea to those offenses on December 17, 2021.
