Now that SSA has resumed E-Verify operations, remember, for E‑Verify cases referred on or after July 15, 2022, E‑Verify will no longer provide extended timeframes for employees to visit Social Security Administration (SSA) to resolve these Tentative Nonconfirmation (mismatches). Also, your employees with a SSA mismatch referred between March 2, 2020, to December 31, 2020, can soon take action with SSA to resolve it.
