Senior Trial Counsel will have significant responsibility for litigating the Division's merger and non-merger matters, which may include:

• Drafting complaints in merger challenges and civil non-merger challenges;
• Drafting court filings;
• Representing the United States in court hearings and at trial;
• Developing litigation strategy;
• Conducting party, third-party, and expert discovery, including through depositions;
• Working with industry and economic experts;
• Preparing orders of proof and related litigation work product; and
• Managing trial teams.
