View Online IMMEDIATE RELEASE Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby Press Briefing Today at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 24, 2022 Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby will hold an on-camera press briefing in the Pentagon Briefing Room at 2:30 p.m. EST today, Jan. 24, 2022. Due to COVID social distancing concerns, there will be 8 chairs for reporters in the room.  The seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Only one seat per news organization is authorized. The briefing will livestreamed on defense.gov and broadcast on Channel 2 for those in the Pentagon. Those wishing to participate by phone should contact the OSD(PA) duty officer at osd.pa.dutyofficer@mail.mil.
