Assistant Attorney General - Department of Human Services - EXTENDED CLOSING DATE Posting Date:   January  3, 2022   Closing Date:   February 1, 2022 Job Title:  Assistant Attorney General (Senior Counsel) Position Type:  Regular Full-Time Location: Office of the Attorney General, Department of Human Services  311 W. Saratoga St., Baltimore, Maryland 21201 Description:  The Office of the Attorney General is seeking applicants for an Assistant Attorney General to represent the Department of Human Services in Child in Need of Assistance ("CINA") and Termination of Parental Rights ("TPR") appellate litigation in the Court of Special Appeals and the Court of Appeals. The attorney participates in the coordination of appellate litigation of CINA and TPR cases originated by local departments of social services throughout the State.
