Bettendorf Man Sentenced to Federal Prison for Drug and Ammunition Charges 12/28/2021 12:00 AM EST DAVENPORT, Iowa – A Bettendorf man, Joshua Andrew Dewilfond, was sentenced by United States District Court Chief Judge John A. Jarvey on December 23, 2021 to 200 months in prison for Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine and Felon in Possession of Ammunition. Dewilfond was ordered to serve five years of supervised release to follow his prison term and pay $200 to the Crime Victims' Fund. Omaha Man Sentenced for Child Sex Trafficking Offenses 12/28/2021 12:00 AM EST COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA – Earl Jonell Jackson, age 40, of Omaha, NE was sentenced on December 20, 2021 by United States District Court Judge Stephanie M. Rose to 120 months in prison for Transportation and Sex Trafficking of a Child. His prison term will be followed by five years of supervised release. According to court documents, Jackson pleaded guilty to the charge on August 5, 2021.
