U.S. Attorney's Office Collects Over $38.5 Million In Civil And Criminal Actions In Fiscal Year 2021 12/28/2021 12:00 AM EST LAS VEGAS – Acting U.S. Attorney Christopher Chiou announced today that the District of Nevada collected $38,515,689.66 in criminal and civil actions in Fiscal Year 2021. Of this amount, $36,943,966.20 was collected in criminal actions and $1,571,723.46 was collected in civil actions. Bettendorf Man Sentenced to Federal Prison for Drug and Ammunition Charges 12/28/2021 12:00 AM EST DAVENPORT, Iowa – A Bettendorf man, Joshua Andrew Dewilfond, was sentenced by United States District Court Chief Judge John A. Jarvey on December 23, 2021 to 200 months in prison for Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine and Felon in Possession of Ammunition. Dewilfond was ordered to serve five years of supervised release to follow his prison term and pay $200 to the Crime Victims' Fund.
