Jesse McFerran, 38, of Lafayette, Oregon, who owns the Fancy Rabbit Art Collective tattoo shop in McMinnville, was last seen in the early morning hours of October 23, 2021. He collected items from his friend's vehicle in Tigard, Oregon, and then left the area on foot. His last known communication with anyone was via text later that morning. The Yamhill County Sheriff's Office is investigating.
