Inmate admits to assault charge, sentenced 11/12/2021 12:00 AM EST Irvin Johnson, an inmate at Federal Corrections Institution Hazelton in Preston County, has admitted to an assault charge and was sentenced to 15 additional months of incarceration, United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II announced. Johnson, 35, pleaded guilty today to one count of "Assault of a Correctional Officer Involving Physical Contact." Harrison County man sentenced for his involvement in bank robbery 11/12/2021 12:00 AM EST Blaine Allen Ash, of Bristol, West Virginia, was sentenced today to 49 months of incarceration for his involvement in the robbery of Summit Community Bank in November 2020, United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II announced. Ash, 38, pleaded guilty in May 2021 to one count of "Accessory After the Fact – Bank Robbery."
