Inmate admits to assault charge, sentenced 11/12/2021 12:00 AM EST Irvin Johnson, an inmate at Federal Corrections Institution Hazelton in Preston County, has admitted to an assault charge and was sentenced to 15 additional months of incarceration, United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II announced. Johnson, 35, pleaded guilty today to one count of "Assault of a Correctional Officer Involving Physical Contact."
