Baltimore Man Sentenced to More Than Seven Years in Federal Prison for Distribution of Child Pornography 11/24/2021 12:00 AM EST U.S. District Judge Ellen L. Hollander sentenced Eric Donovan Ashe, age 24, of Baltimore, Maryland to 85 months in federal prison, followed by 15 years of supervised release, for distribution of child pornography. Judge Hollander also ordered that, upon his release from prison, Ashe must register as a sex offender in the places where he resides, where he is an employee, and where he is a student, under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA).
