Please Join us for an OADS Virtual Listening Session on 14-197 Chapter 3   The Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Aging and Disability Services, will be hosting a virtual listening session regarding 14-197 C.M.R. Chapter 3, Definition of Mental Retardation and Autism; Appeal Procedure.   Listening Session Date:  Wednesday, November 17th 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Please note: the goal of this virtual listening session is to gather input on our current rule (which can be found here) rather than answering questions or providing interpretation of the rule.
