A Superior Court judge in Georgia said there was nothing he could do about the nearly all-white jury selected for the trial of three white men accused of killing Ahmaud Arbery, a Black man, but acknowledged there appeared to be "intentional discrimination." Legal experts following the case say it does not appear to be in violation of the jury selection process.
