OF BIDDERS: 0     CLOSE TIME: 11-15-2021 05:20 PM CT.   1986 GMC C7D042 4X2 2-Door Bucket Truck, 8 cylinders, 8.2L Detroit diesel engine, 5-speed manual transmission, with a Reach-All Aerial Platform, 2150.9 Engine Hours,19,900 LBS GVW, PS, PB, AM FM Radio, manual door locks/and windows, 80-GL fuel tank. Reach-All unit is a Model OC48, S N 5553, Last certified July 2021. Max working height is 48 FT, Bucket Capacity Rating is 500 LBS with all outriggers extended. Repairs required but not limited to: Truck must be hauled from site. All outrigger safety switches need replacement. One hydraulic pressure hose leaks badly and the fiberglass floor of the operator s bucket is soft and weather cracked, requiring significant repairs prior to recertification. Rear dual tires have extreme dry rot and sidewall cuts. All tires are bad and are not safe for highway operation. Some of the Reading utility body doors need lock and latch adjustment. Average body and undercarriage rust and expected interior wear and tear and a worn vinyl seat. Vehicle has scratches and paint blemishes. Several engine oil leaks noted. Interior smells badly of mice urine and heater ducts blow nesting material. Parts may be missing, and other repairs may be required. Physical inspection before bidding is very highly recommended.
