| The Chief Administrative Law Judge has issued an Administrative Notice regarding foreign litigation. The order can be accessed at www.dol.gov/agencies/oalj/ or by clicking here. In addition, OALJ has updated the page on Subpoena Requests concerning requests where the claim is still pending before OWCP, and limitations on subpoenas served outside the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.
