FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: October 11, 2021 Media Contacts: press@oag.state.md.us 410-576-7009 BALTIMORE, MD  - The Independent Investigations Division of the Office of Attorney General has released the names of the decedent and the officer involved in a fatal single-vehicle crash that occurred on 10/10/2021 in Baltimore County.  The decedent has been identified as Jawuan James Ginyard, a 26-year-old African-American man. Mr. Ginyard resided in Baltimore.  The officer has been identified as Theodore Jeremenko of the Maryland Transportation Authority Police Department.
