Valrico Man Charged With Cyberstalking 10/20/2021 12:00 AM EDT Tampa, Florida – Acting United States Attorney Karin Hoppmann announces the unsealing of a criminal complaint charging Dominique Jade Dragan (28, Valrico) with cyberstalking. If convicted, Dragan faces a maximum penalty of five years in federal prison. He made his initial appearance in federal court on October 19, 2021, and ordered detained pending trial.
