Climate change policies would be universal if Democrats used the right words, activists say

Sen. Joe Manchin appears set to jettison the cornerstone of President Joe Biden's climate agenda, but that doesn't mean the West Virginia Democrat and his coal-rich mountain state don't love a lot of provisions climate activists are pushing for, like jobs and wind and solar programs. Some activists argue that a wider proportion of Americans would be amenable to climate change policies if they simply stopped calling them "climate change" measures.
